Shepherds JMI and Nursery School is located in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.

This a medium sized primary school set in its own grounds complete with external an swimming pool.

The school had a requirement to prevent access to the school pool out of hours, and generally prevent intruders and vandals from entering the school grounds.

Our recommendation was to install a colour CCTV system, floodlights, audio intercom and access control systems around the site.

A new colour CCTV system was installed by IFS to monitor the school, a total of 8 external CCTV cameras were installed.
The main entrances to the school were secured with a Videx audio intercom access system to control all staff and visitors to the school.

The external doors to the school were secured with Videx access control keypads that kept the doors locked, with access only gained by authorised personnel.

External low energy floodlights were installed around the school to provide additional lighting.
